Terms of Service

1. Who we are
InnerPortal is operated by [StrategiHub legal name], a company organised under the laws of [State], United States, with its registered address at [address] ("InnerPortal", "we"). Contact: [support email].
2. What InnerPortal is
InnerPortal is a platform where creators manage a live queue during a livestream hosted on another service (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram or similar), allowing audience members to submit requests or pay to skip to the top. InnerPortal does not host or restream video.
InnerPortal is a marketplace. The creator, not InnerPortal, is the seller of every request you buy. InnerPortal provides the page, the queue, checkout and payment routing, and charges the creator a platform fee.
3. Accounts and guests
You can buy a request as a guest with only an email address. You can create an account later and claim earlier requests made with the same, verified email address.
To sell on InnerPortal as a creator you must be at least 18 years old, complete payout onboarding with our payment provider, Stripe, and keep your information accurate. We may approve, suspend or restrict creator accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.
4. Buying a request
Before you pay, the page shows the request type, price, currency, the creator's queue rules and your expected position. By paying you agree to those rules and to the Refund Rules (see /refunds).
A request is access to the creator's time and attention during or after a live session. It is not a promise of a positive review, of promotion, of audience reach, or of any commercial result. Reviews reflect the creator's honest opinion.
Your request enters the queue only after our payment provider confirms payment. Standard requests are ordered by payment time. Priority requests, where offered, are placed ahead of standard requests in the order they were paid, up to the capacity the creator set.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on the creator's connected Stripe account. InnerPortal never stores your card details. The price you see is the price you pay; InnerPortal does not add a buyer fee at checkout. Prices are in the creator's currency (EUR for Dutch creators, USD for US creators); your bank may apply conversion charges.
6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
The Refund Rules at /refunds form part of these terms. In short: you can cancel for a full refund while your request is still waiting in the queue; requests that a creator cannot reach before the session closes are refunded in full automatically; once the creator has started your request, it is not refundable by you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. If you open a chargeback with your bank instead of using the refund process, the creator and InnerPortal may contest it with the records of your request and its fulfilment.
7. Creator obligations
If you are a creator you agree to: handle paid requests in the order shown, complete, reject or refund every paid request (you cannot delete one), keep your queue rules accurate and visible, comply with the rules of the platform you stream on, and not sell anything on the prohibited list in section 9. You are responsible for any taxes on your sales and for the content of your reviews.
8. Fees
InnerPortal charges creators a platform fee on each sale, shown in the creator dashboard before publishing. During the Alpha the Starter plan fee is 15% of the sale price. Stripe's processing fees are separate and are paid by the creator. Fees are fixed at the moment of checkout and are not recalculated later.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use InnerPortal to sell or submit: sexual content involving minors, content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, harassment or hate speech, illegal goods or services, or anything that breaches the rules of the streaming platform. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations. To report content or a copyright complaint, email [abuse email] with the page link and a description.
10. Your content
You keep the rights to what you submit (links, text, names). You give InnerPortal and the creator a licence to display it on the creator's page, in the queue and in notifications for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
11. Availability and liability
InnerPortal is provided as is during the Alpha. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that a creator will go live. To the extent permitted by law, InnerPortal's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the request concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under Dutch and EU law for customers in the European Union.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States. Consumers in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may bring claims before their local courts.
