Copyright and Trademark Complaints

1. What this covers

If you believe content on a creator's InnerPortal page, a request submission, or anything else hosted on InnerPortal infringes your copyright or trademark, send us a notice using the process below. This is separate from reporting a rules violation or a bad experience with a creator — for that, see the Terms of Service, section 9.

2. What to include in a notice

Send your notice to [abuse email] with:

• The link (URL) to the specific content you believe infringes your rights
• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed
• Your contact information (name, email, and mailing address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. What happens next

We review complete notices and remove or disable access to the reported content where warranted, and may suspend the creator account responsible for repeat or clear-cut infringement.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [abuse email] with the removed content's location, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.
