An order, a request or a refund
Reply to your confirmation email, or write to support@innerportal.io with your tracking link (it's in that email). It lets us see exactly what happened. The Refund rules explain what's refunded and when.
Your creator account
Write from the email you sign in with and include your handle (innerportal.io/yourname). For payouts, your Stripe dashboard is linked from Studio → Settings → Payouts.
Partnerships and advertising
Brands that want to reach creators and their audiences: write to support@innerportal.io with “Partnership” in the subject.
Copyright and abuse
To report content that infringes your rights, follow the Copyright & DMCA steps. To report a creator or a submission, use the report option on the page or email us.
