Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Yearly plans are paid upfront and renew automatically each year. Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current paid period. Applicable refund rights are unaffected.
Already a creator? Manage your plan in your studio. Opening a plan does not purchase it.

What counts as an offer? A published live-review offer, download, booking or commission. Merch and tips are separate. Content blocks are the text, music, video and other sections you add to your page.
Radio picks. Add eligible songs from your live queue with the artist’s permission. These are rolling-day allowances, not a promise of plays or listeners.
Auto go-live. Link your YouTube channel or Twitch account in your studio. When a stream starts, every plan gets a prompt to open your queue; on Creator and up it can open for you, and pauses after your stream ends. Stream reports use the public viewer counts while you were live.
Partner ads. The percentage is your share of eligible revenue from active partner campaigns, not your sales. Campaign availability and earnings are not guaranteed. Removing InnerPortal branding does not remove sponsored placements.

estimated amount you keepStandard sales of $5.00 or more. Starter, Creator and Plus include estimated standard card processing in their plan percentage. If processing alone exceeds that percentage, only the processing cost applies. InnerPortal’s part is at least 25¢ / €0.25 per sale. Actual card charges can change the final amount you keep.
Pro, and standard payments under $5.00. No InnerPortal fee. Stripe’s card fee still applies. This is why 0% platform fee does not mean 100% take-home.
Merch works differently. Production, shipping, your plan’s percentage and card processing come out of the sale. Those costs still apply below $5.00. Your studio shows an estimate before you publish.
No. Starter has no monthly charge. You can set up your page and sell as much as you like. Sales fees apply when someone pays for something; they’re separate from a monthly plan.
You turn off the next renewal. You keep your paid plan through the end of the month or year you have already paid for, then return to Starter. Cancellation does not automatically refund that paid period; applicable refund rights are unaffected. Manage renewal in your studio’s billing settings.
No. All creator plans have access to those tools, with no limit on how many you publish. You still need to complete payment setup before taking real payments.
More pages on your site (Creator 2, Plus 3, Pro 4), more booking blocks per day, Google Calendar sync on Plus and Pro, deeper insights and the viewer graph in stream reports on Pro, a lower fee, more frequent Radio picks and a larger share of eligible partner-ad revenue.
