Accessibility

InnerPortal for everyone.

We want everyone to be able to send their work, follow creators and run a live queue, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Your settings

Change these any time from Accessibility at the bottom of every page. They're saved in this browser.

Text size

Makes text and the page around it bigger.

Contrast

Brighter text and clearer borders.

Motion

Stops animations and moving backgrounds. Your device setting is followed too.

Links

Underline every link so it stands out from text.

Font

A typeface designed to be easy to read, for low vision and dyslexia.

You can also choose Dark, Light or System at the bottom of every page, and your browser's own zoom and your device's reduced-motion setting are followed.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA: pages that work with a keyboard alone and with screen readers, text alternatives for images, labelled form fields, visible focus, enough colour contrast, and no flashing content. Creators' own pages, uploads and stream overlays are made by them; we give them the tools to make those accessible too.

Known gaps

Some things are still being worked on: parts of the live queue rely on right-click on a computer (the same actions are in each request's menu, which works with a keyboard and on touch screens), and songs and videos sent by fans don't come with captions or transcripts.

Tell us

If something on InnerPortal doesn't work for you, please tell us: what page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use. Contact us or write to support@innerportal.io. We'll answer and fix what we can.

InnerPortal only uses the cookies it needs to work: keeping you signed in, your language, your country (for prices) and your display choices. No advertising or tracking cookies. Cookie details
